Inner Multiplicity

Inner Multiplicity presents a solo exhibition by Ayşe Bayram, exploring identity as a shifting and layered condition shaped through experience, perception and inner dialogue.

The self is never singular. It unfolds as a constellation of evolving identities, formed through memory, social roles and emotional tension. What we understand as identity emerges not as a fixed centre, but as a fluid field where multiple presences coexist.

In Bayram’s works, masks function not as concealment, but as thresholds between interior and exterior realities. Through the fluidity of watercolour, forms dissolve, faces multiply and boundaries soften, revealing identity as fragile, dynamic and continuously in transformation.

Eyes, fractures, threads and fragmented figures evoke an ongoing negotiation between visibility and invisibility, autonomy and conditioning, vulnerability and resilience. The works suggest that identity is not something to be discovered, but something that is constantly reshaped.

The exhibition opens a contemplative space where fragmentation becomes awareness, and multiplicity reveals itself as a form of wholeness.

Aboriginal Songlines

Aboriginal Songlines presents a solo exhibition by Zerrin Türen, engaging with ideas of memory, connection and the transmission of knowledge through landscape.

The concept of songlines refers to pathways that map relationships between land, people and ancestral presence. In this exhibition, these ideas are approached through a contemporary visual language, where repetition, rhythm and symbolic forms create a sense of continuity across time and space.

Türen’s works construct an intuitive field of perception, where visual elements unfold beyond narrative structure. Rather than illustrating, the compositions suggest a state of connection, inviting a slower and more reflective encounter.

The exhibition proposes a space where memory is not fixed, but experienced as a living and evolving presence.

Between Water and Memory

Between Water and Memory presents a solo exhibition by Fatoş Ayan, where landscape dissolves into recollection and perception becomes fluid.

In this body of work, we encounter not only places, but the traces left by memory itself. Water is not merely an image, but a carrier of time, a shifting surface through which remembering unfolds. Boundaries soften, forms fade, and places lose their certainty, leaving a subtle threshold between what is seen and what is remembered.

Ayan’s watercolour practice brings the quiet knowledge of tradition into dialogue with a contemporary sensibility. Cities, shores and roads move beyond immediacy, transforming into layered reflections of lived experience. Figures appear solitary, yet this solitude is not absence, but a silent awareness of presence.

Light reveals the passage of time. Each mark, each blur and each open space carries the quiet poetry of transience. What emerges is not a fixed image, but an atmosphere that invites contemplation.

The exhibition unfolds as an inner landscape, where experience, memory and perception meet beyond the visible.

Fragile Truths

Fragile Truths presents a solo exhibition by Derya Bardakcı, exploring the shifting nature of reality through layered visual language and emotional depth.

Truth does not appear here as something stable or complete. It emerges as layered, fragile, and in constant transformation. In Bardakcı’s works, colour becomes a carrier of memory, while transparency allows hidden tensions to surface. Forms dissolve, figures lose certainty, and what remains are traces of emotional realities that resist containment.

Through the fluid language of watercolour and collage, reality is not represented but continuously reconfigured. Time overlaps, fragments intersect, and silence becomes visible through subtle ruptures. These surfaces function not as images, but as thresholds where the visible and the suppressed coexist.

The exhibition proposes that reality is never singular or fixed, but shaped through vulnerability, contradiction and becoming.

About the Exhibition

Fragments of Her was a contemporary art exhibition dedicated to female portraiture in its many forms. The exhibition brought together artists who explored the presence of women through portrait-based practices, celebrating identity, strength, vulnerability and lived experience across cultures and generations.

Faces, gestures, gazes and bodies became carriers of narrative, memory and transformation. Rather than presenting a single definition of femininity, Fragments of Her revealed the richness and complexity of women’s stories through visual interpretation. Each artwork became a fragment of a wider collective portrait of contemporary womanhood.

Materiality: The Language of Matter

Exhibition Dates: 29 January to 2 February 2026
Venue: Espacio Gallery, 159 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 7DG

Exhibition Moments

Private View: Thursday 29 January | 6 pm – 9 pm
Opening Hours: Fri-Mon: 1 pm – 7 pm | Tue: 1 pm – 6 pm
Atmosphere: Active agents, textures and universal language

About the Exhibition

Mechanisation of Man

Exhibition Dates: 21 to 27 January 2026
Venue: Espacio Gallery, 159 Bethnal Green Road, London E2 7DG

Exhibition Highlights

Solo Exhibition: Cevdet Akman
Private View: Friday 23 January | 7 pm – 10 pm
Atmosphere: A dialogue between mechanical systems, perception and speculative anatomy.

About the Exhibition

Mechanisation of Man investigated the intricate relationship between the human form and contemporary mechanical systems. Through meticulous drawing and speculative imagery, the exhibition reflected upon concepts of control, perception and the increasingly fluid boundary between organic life and engineered structures. Cevdet Akman’s work invited the viewer to contemplate mechanised thought and the inherent tension between human presence and the technological advancements that continue to shape our existence.

Music: @longyvai
Atmosphere: Art, mulled wine, small bites and live music

About the Exhibition

This exhibition reviewed the quiet tension between winter’s cold and the warmth we create to move through it. As the season slowed the body and the world outside turned muted, the artists turned inward, using their art as a steady source of comfort, focus, and gentle distraction. Rather than fighting winter’s chill, the exhibition embraced its calm, using art as small pockets of warmth and clarity when daylight was short and hands felt cold.
