The STAS hanging system offers a flexible and secure way to position artworks without damaging gallery walls. Following these guidelines helps ensure a professional and consistent exhibition presentation.

Flexible and adjustable hanging system

The STAS hanging system allows artworks to be repositioned easily, both horizontally and vertically, without causing any damage to the gallery walls.

Hooks move smoothly along the rail and cord, making fine adjustments simple during installation.

Gallery provided equipment

Espacio Gallery provides the required hanging equipment for your exhibition. Please ensure that only the materials supplied by the gallery are used for installation.

Wall restrictions

To protect the gallery space and ensure consistency across all exhibitions, the following restrictions apply to all installations.

Not permitted

• Drilling into gallery walls
• Using nails, screws or wall plugs
• Painting, marking or altering wall surfaces
• Applying adhesives, glue or non approved tapes

Approved method:
Artworks must be installed exclusively using the gallery approved hanging system.

Do not cut the cords

Keep cords intact

Please do not cut the gallery’s nylon or steel hanging cords.

Manage excess length

If the cord is longer than required, gently roll the excess instead of trimming it.

Secure discreetly

Secure the rolled cord behind the artwork using low tack masking tape only.

Keeping the cords intact allows them to be reused for future exhibitions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Ideal for lightweight artworks and situations where minimal visual impact is preferred.

Transparent design

Clear nylon cord (Perlon) designed to blend discreetly into the gallery wall.

Easy installation

Pre attached with a STAS Cobra head for quick and straightforward installation.

Weight capacity

Suitable for artworks weighing up to 7 kg.

Recommended use

Best suited for lightweight frames and installations where a minimal visual presence is required.

Steel rod 4 × 4 mm

Ideal for heavier artworks and situations where clean vertical alignment is required.

Rigid structure

Made of solid steel to provide strength, stability and precise vertical alignment.

Quick setup

Simply place the rod into the rail. No hooks or tools are required.

Weight capacity

Suitable for artworks weighing up to 40 kg.

Recommended use

Best suited for heavier artworks or when a straight, uninterrupted vertical line is desired.
