Although I began my career as a journalist I have continued to draw and paint throughout my life. My sketchbook is central to all the work I now make in my North London studio.
Loss is an overriding theme in my work which has a visceral and textural quality to it and is often about political events which move me.
I studied Art at West Surrey College of Art and Design and printmaking at Sir John Cass, London.
I have exhibited widely in the UK at Peter Pears Gallery, Suffolk, Espacio Gallery, Shoreditch and The Art Pavilion, Mile End London. I have also exhibited in Germany and my work is represented in collections worldwide.
I am a member of East London Printmakers.
