□ Maintenance & Repairs Policy
These fees apply only if any wall, floor, skirting or door is damaged during or after the exhibition. If a wall is marked or dirtied, the organiser must clean it carefully using neutral soap and a clean cloth. Failure to do so will be considered damage and will require professional repair.
All maintenance work is carried out by Espacio Gallery’s professional team to ensure a clean, uniform and high-quality finish that maintains the standards of the space.
Official Pricing
The repair cost is calculated according to the Maintenance & Repairs Table below, which lists the current rate for each wall, including the proportional cost of professional materials and labour for a full repaint. Each total value represents the complete estimated cost required to restore the wall to its original condition.
Important Notice: ⚠️ Small patch painting is not permitted. Each affected wall must be fully repainted to maintain colour consistency and professional presentation. Any unauthorised repair attempts will be treated as additional damage and charged accordingly.
