![]() My latest work presents a series of non-confrontational visual satires or so called “visual hyperboles” seeking out to portray what I call art of social consciousness. My visuals infers to a human condition; relaying how we complicate our lives by focusing on non-issues and make a big deal out of them! Although not a subversive by nature, my aim is to engage the viewers by simplified graphic images so as to have a thought provoking conversation with them. Each one of my image has a small story and a discrete point of view, not to impose but to share.
This world is a bizarre transition, our constant lust of material possessions and hunger for social status puts forth some unbelievable truths that not only provide mental conflicts but are also a source of amusement for me. My work relates to the various shades of greys within ourselves, our spontaneous and controlled reactions, hypocrisy and our pretentious nature. I want the viewers to look at my work with an open mind, look behind the images, they might actually find themselves in consent.
