Espacio Gallery is an independent, curated contemporary art gallery. We do not take any commission on sales. Artists retain 100 percent of their artwork sales.
Exhibition fees support the operation of a professional physical gallery in London, covering essential costs such as rent, staffing, insurance, installation and communication.

- Applications are always free
- Fees apply only after selection
- Not all walls are available
- Exhibitions are booked in advance
- Selection is curatorial, not first come
Important clarification on pricing
- All prices listed apply exclusively to exhibitions curated and organised by Espacio Gallery
- These fees refer only to collective exhibition positions within Espacio Gallery curated programmes
- Prices do not apply to exhibitions organised by external curators, partner curators or independent groups
- Each external organiser defines their own pricing structure independently
- Prices shown are not transferable and do not define third party exhibition costs
- Espacio Gallery also offers full gallery hire for independent curators and art groups
- Full gallery hire is available at £2,550 for one week, including both floors

Shared Wall Options
Selected larger walls may be shared between artists. Each shared section includes a required breathing space of 10 cm on each side. This means the artwork or artworks may occupy the purchased section minus 20 cm in total, allowing clear visual balance and proper separation between works.
